  • Two styles of building choices; Premier and Premier Plus. The Premier building is constructed of wood siding and is our most economical storage building. The Premier Plus has Hardie Panel exterior siding, fascias, and skirting (space between the floor and the ground). Because Hardie Panel is rot and termite resistant, the Premier Plus is our most popular storage building.
  • Site Built – Assures that the building is properly leveled throughout
  • Buildings are constructed to your specifications – It’s your money!
  • Sheds and More will adhere to your HOA specifications – As a home- owner, you are aware of the guidelines within your HOA and will be responsible for submitting the application if one is required
  • Some areas require a building permit for storage buildings while
    • others do not. It is the homeowners responsibility to obtain any permits that may be required.
  • Sheds and More will provide any information that may be needed to secure HOA approval or a building permit
