Frequently Asked Questions

“Why don’t you show pricing for your sheds on your website?”

We custom build your shed on the jobsite according to your needs. These are not the cookie cutter sheds you would see at the big box stores.  We do an initial  site visit to find out what you want and then put together a detailed proposal. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and how much it will cost.

“Why don’t you build offsite and just deliver like others do?”

We choose to build onsite for a couple of reasons. We start from the bottom up which means leveling the shed throughout the runners with blocks instead of just the edges. We don’t want to take down fence sections, drive on your yard, or break any of your sprinkler heads. Since most jobs take only a day to complete, we prefer this method of construction. Wouldn’t you?

” If I tell you what I need, could I get a ballpark price?”

Wouldn’t you rather know exactly what your project will cost? Many things are taken into consideration when we do a cost estimate, which is done at no cost to you. You’ll be given a detailed proposal outlining the specifics of your project, the exact cost, and a projected start and completion date.

Have you ever dealt with a Homeowners Association before?”

All the time. If you prefer, we will handle the application process or provide you with what you need. Most HOA’s require an application, plot plan, and some sort of drawing or picture. Most HOA’s will take up to 30 days to render their decision for you to move forward.

“What type of warranties do you offer?”

Sheds & More offers a 7 year workmanship warranty. The line of products we use also have warranties from the manufacturer. We will provide you with any warranty information upon request.
